Our skin needs a proper treatment so that it can stay beautiful and healthy. It is because of the fact that we move to many places and do many things every day, which involve much exposure from the sun light. This is the first thing that can cause bad effect to our skin. Other things like dust and temperature can also cause negative impact to the health and the beauty of our skin. Wrinkles, acne, and irritation are three examples of the most common problems that we have with our skin. Moreover, there are some diseases that harm our skin such as cancer. This leads us to think if there are simple ways to keep our skin  healthy and beautiful.

Fortunately, there are some simple ways to keep our skin healthy and beautiful. First, we only have to apply sunscreen before we go out and do activities that involve much exposure to the sun light. It can protect the cells of our skin form damaged so that we can avoid any skin problems such as spots. Second, we should never forget to clean our face from any make-up before going to bed every day. Allowing the make up to stay on our face all day long will cause stress to the skin, especially if we usually apply thick make up. Our skin needs time to breathe too. By keep on allowing the make up on the skin, we block it from having good circulation. Also, the make-up is produced by using chemical substances, which will give negative impact if it is kept on staying on our skin. The tools that we use for applying the make-up can be the sources of risks too. Studies tell us that even brushes and sponges that we use can lead to skin problems. That is why, it is important to clean and wash them so that they are free from dust, dirt, and bacteria. Some problems that may occur if we do not clean our make up every day are oily skin and acne.

In addition, some habits that we have only because we want to feel comfortable or fresh can be too risky for our skin too. An example of the habits is taking a bath by using hot water. Indeed, it is comfortable to have the hot water in cold weather or whenever we feel so tired after working all day long, but we should be aware of the negative impact that can be caused by this habit. It is true that the hot water is not that hot actually. It is just warm. No matter how warm it is actually, using this kind of water to take a bath will cause our skin to have a mild burn. What will happen then? Sooner or later, our skin will be dry.

Remember that the dry condition of our skin can lead to some problems. Then, why keep on doing the habit that harms the beauty and the health of our skin? Change it. Get a glass of juice or enjoy the fresh air out there whenever you feel so tired or you need something to refresh your body and mind.
