Panic Disorder – A person with a panic disorder will usually experience a sudden rush of panic that can come though as very terrifying physical responses like the feeling of having a heart attack. Other symptoms include sweating, increased heartbeat and dizziness.

Social Phobia – Is when a person fears daily interaction with other people. They feel that everyone is watching and judging them. They can also experience incredible dread about upcoming social events for many weeks in advance.
